2025 Life-wide Learning Day:
Fostering Future Skills: 121 S2 Students Gain Real-World STEAM Insights at Vocational Training School
On April 11, 2025, we organized an immersive vocational training experience for 121 Secondary 2 students during Life-wide Learning Day at Tsing Yi VTC, a recognized leader in STEAM education.
The visit offered students firsthand exposure to cutting-edge technologies through interactive demonstrations of VTC students’ innovative projects. Our students engaged in hands-on learning across multiple disciplines, including:
- Aviation technology through flight simulations
- Transportation systems via driving simulators
- Digital innovation in AR/VR workshops
- Industrial automation at a magnetic sticker production line
This professional learning environment enabled students to connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications while developing crucial 21st-century skills. The experience successfully combined educational enrichment with practical excitement, strengthening students’ teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
