Reflection on Girl Guides Bath Bomb Making Activity
I have always been clumsy when it comes to making handicrafts, so I first found this soap making activity quite challenging. One of the obstacles was that I lost one of the key ingredients: oil, which solidifies the mixture. I was very nervous at that time. The teachers told me to use other liquids such as water and toner for skin instead. Thanks to their clear explanation and instructions, I was able to follow the steps and finally made 6 bath bombs. Although the whole process was done on Zoom, I think this was a great experience and I hope that we can have more chances to make handicrafts in our girl guides meetings.
